Grandparents for Grandchildren is a not for profit organisation that is focused on raising awareness within the community and all levels of government regarding the social justice issues associated with the increasing demands on grandparents raising grandchildren. GFGSA provides information and support services to enable grandparents with every opportunity to have access to and/or care for their grandchildren enhancing the welfare of these children at risk or in crisis, to live within a safe, loving, healthy and supportive environment. In this context, Wayne Turner has provided regular guidance and strong analysis over several years in areas such as strategic planning, and business case development. More recently Wayne through Cajebi Consulting, has led our organisation through complex tender preparation, and business modelling. As part of our larger ASES accreditation project we contracted Cajebi Consulting to provide us with a detailed Baseline Analysis report that identified the quality of evidence a snapshot of organisations had used against the ASES standards. The report provided detailed analysis and key insights that have subsequently been used to feed into the larger accreditation project for the NSW Specialist Homelessness Services. The report was well presented and clear and delivered on time. Wayne Turner provided ongoing communication in regards to project updates and was always available to discuss any details along the way.

We are a Not for Profit Association. Cajebi Consulting were contracted to look at our Governance and structure of our Management Committee. Wayne Turner was very skilful in his assessment of the situation we found ourselves in. With total dysfunctionality between some members of the Committee, his recommendations were put into place.
